If you're looking at this website, it is likely because you are expecting a baby, so congratulations are in order! Such a crazy, beautiful, terrifying, exhilarating time in life, whether it is your first or fifteenth.

My philosophy as a doula is simple. I am not attached to outcomes. I meet families where they are at. We all deserve support. I want to support families in whatever decisions they make, as long as they are making them with as much information as possible.

That being said, I also believe in the wisdom of our bodies and the birth process. Our bodies are truly designed and meant to create, grow, and birth babies - and that means our bodies have so much wisdom that we can tap into.

As a doula, I am there to be a continuous, calm, and supportive presence who can remind parents of their knowledge, their wisdom, and their preferences - no matter how they are being defined. And I can also be a gopher, massager, photographer, and all around useful extra set of hands.
